GammaLift provides a tool that allows customers to visualize financial instruments related data. A paying customer has access to GammaLift features corresponding to the purhcased package. Please refer to the Pricing and Plans page for the available plans, their tariffs and the features they grant access to.
By signing up on GammaLift, you agree that we may contact you via email for product-related communication, including updates, feature announcements, and support-related messages.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account

GammaLift collects and users' data regarding major interactions with the website (e.g., email, and interactions with GammaLift website). The analyses provided through our platform (GammaLift.com) are for informational purposes only, with the intent of demonstrating how to utilize the data and the types of reasoning to consider when questioning and reassessing investment strategies and processes.
These analyses do not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice, and the user is encouraged to conduct their own research before making financial, investment, or tax decisions.
By signing up for and using GammaLift.com, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their financial decisions.
The user further acknowledges that GammaLift acts solely as a data provider and data educator, and not as a financial advisor.
Furthermore, GammaLift integrates data from financial market data providers and does not take responsibility for any inaccuracies in the data provided through the website. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the user acknowledges that they should rely on their brokers, investment accounts, and bank tools for accurate information and takes full responsibility for assessing the accuracy of the data relative to the instruments they invest in or trade. The user is solely responsible for making any financial or investment decisions based on that data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GammaLift at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and Satyadata GmbH, the company operating GammaLift.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of GammaLift, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of GammaLift following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
GammaLift reserves the right to offer exceptional pricing, including discounts, at its discretion. These pricing terms are subject to change at any time. Any adjustments, whether increases or decreases in price, will be communicated to the customer. If the customer does not agree with the new pricing terms, they are free to terminate the contract. In such cases, the customer will be reimbursed for any amounts already paid for future renewals of the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Berlin, Germany. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
